3. Apps: In each Ionic app (customer, driver, vendor, pos) set API_BASE_URL, FCM keys, and Maps keys → npm i → ionic cap sync.
4. Branding: Update app name, icons/splash, colors, and localization files.
5. Build: Android—ionic cap build android; iOS—ionic cap build ios then archive with Xcode. Test E2E: order → kitchen → dispatch → delivery → receipt/print.
6. Go Live: Enable HTTPS, queues, cron/schedulers; set up CDN and database backups; switch gateways to live mode.
